| A technical document from Advantech is intended as a guide to assist in designing a custom system baseboard for System On Module standards. Those documents include reference schematics for the external circuitry required to implement the various SOM peripheral functions, as well as related comments and implementation notes. This guide also shows how to extend the PCI and ISA buses to add additional peripherals or expansion slots to a System On Module standard.
